Refund Policy – Covid-19
We are committed to making Fibres West 2023 a safe and inspiring event. If we are unable to run Fibres West 2023 because of COVID19, participants will receive a full refund of monies paid. Please note that interstate travel must be possible for us to proceed with the event. This refund policy will be reviewed from time to time to take into consideration implications surrounding the COVID19 pandemic.

Includes fully residential, single room accommodation (shared bathrooms), all meals, a 5-day workshop and all other program activities
Early Bird Fee (if paid in full by March 1, 2023) $ 1,400.00
Full Fee (if NOT paid in full by March 1, 2023) $ 1,450.00
Bazaar Table (optional, see program details) No Charge; participants are asked to make an in-kind donation to the Art Raffle @ FW23 (artwork, handmade materials, publication, etc).

Payment Terms and Cancellation/Refund Policy
- All general enrolments for Fibres West 2023 will be online, via our website (Trybooking)
- Cancellation & Refund Policy: Major commitments must be met and to assist in the management of Fibres West 2023, the policy for refunds is as follows:
- Cancellation by a participant must be in writing; via email to [email protected], or mail to: Fibres West 2023, PO Box 451, North Perth, Western Australia 6906.
- Cancellations to April 30, 2023: Refund of fees paid less $200.
- Cancellations after April 30, 2023: No refund will be paid unless the organising committee of Fibres West 2023 is able to fill your place at Fibres West with a new enrolment. If the place can be filled, a refund of fees paid less $200 will be made.
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum number of students is not reached by May 1, 2023. If a workshop is cancelled, participants will be offered places in another workshop or a full refund if preferred.
