Refund Policy – Covid-19
We are pulling out all the stops to make Fibres West 2021 a safe and inspiring event. If we are unable to run Fibres West 2021 because of COVID19, participants will receive a full refund of monies paid. Please note that interstate travel must be possible for us to proceed with the event. This refund policy will be reviewed from time to time to take into consideration implications surrounding the COVID19 pandemic.

Enrolment Fee
Includes fully residential, single room accommodation (shared bathrooms), all meals, a 5-day workshop and all other program activities
Early Bird Fee (if paid in full by March 1, 2021) $ 1,350.00
Full Fee (if NOT paid in full by March 1, 2021) $ 1,400.00
Bazaar Table (optional, see program details) $ 25.00
A minimum payment of $350 (with a non-refundable component of $200) is required at the time of enrolment with the balance of any outstanding fees to be paid by April 30, 2021
It is highly recommended that you book early as numbers in workshops are strictly limited and many workshops tend to book out quickly.

Payment Terms and Cancellation/Refund Policy
- All enrolments for Fibres West 2021 will be online, via our website (Trybooking)
- The minimum deposit is $350 and the amount still owing must be paid in full by April 30, 2021.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy: Major commitments must be met and to assist in the management of Fibres West 2021, the policy for refunds is as follows:
- Cancellation by a participant must be in writing to: Fibres West 2021, PO Box 451, North Perth, Western Australia 6906 or by filling in the cancellation form
- Cancellations to April 30, 2021: Refund of fees paid less $200.
- Cancellations after April 30, 2021: No refund will be paid unless the organising committee of Fibres West 2021 is able to fill your place. If the place can be filled, a refund of fees paid less $200 will be made.
- Cancellation by a participant must be in writing to: Fibres West 2021, PO Box 451, North Perth, Western Australia 6906 or by filling in the cancellation form
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum number of students is not reached by May 1, 2021. If a workshop is cancelled, participants will be offered places in another workshop or a full refund if preferred.
